My Vision:

A better Fifth District and New Haven thru better leadership.

The future is now, opportunity is knocking.

The fifth district is the gateway to New Haven, located on the western and southwestern edge of the  city, is uniquely poised to grow.

The  completion of the long anticipated Maplecrest/Adams Center Corridor will be in the heart of the fifth district.

I will put my experience as a Realtor/Small Business Owner and Leader to work to encourage growth in the district.

This is truly a once in a generation opportunity, we must seize it. The fifth district needs a representative to actively work with the City Planning and Economic Development Director in selling the area to Builders, Developers, Businesses and Prospective Residents. This will take aggressive leadership, but this is an opportunity that cannot be passed up.

New Jobs, New Homes, New Investments- all creating new city revenue and enhanced pride in our community.

While working with the fifth district’s neighborhood and business leaders to identify problems, solutions and opportunities

A bigger and better New Haven.  Providing needed city services with reduced taxes thru higher assesments.
